- GTB300 is single flank bevel gear roll inspection machine with maximal diameter of wheel 300mm. It may combine single flank measuring of bevel gear pairs and spur/helical gears and coaxial geaboxes as well.

GMS 32 is intended for quality inspection of small gears by double flank testing method.It is very useful in fine mechanics, plastic industry or watchmaker companies. What is Volume Measurement Technology?WENZEL Computer Tomographs (CT Scan) are known from medical technology. They represent a further development of classic X-ray technology.
While radioscopy X-ray machines reproduce two-dimensional radiographic images of objects, WENZEL's computer tomographic volume measurement technology generates three-dimensional volume data. All relevant information about materials and geometries can be obtained from the scanned data. The use in the industrial sector has proven itself in practice and the market potential is continuously increasing. The technology of the WENZEL computer tomographs is adapted to the applications in a wide range of industries where internal and external structures of components have to be recorded completely and quickly. The image below illustrates the functional principle of computed tomography: The object is placed between the tube and the detector in the CT. For the CT scan, the object is rotated 360°. During the rotation, two-dimensional radiographic images are recorded by the detector using X-rays. The computer calculates (reconstructs) the component as a 3D volume model from the radiographic images. |
